With a solid background, including 8 years as a Consultant within the Provincial Government and a diverse educational journey, she brings a wealth of insight to the real estate industry.

Kayla’s approach prioritizes honesty and integrity, crucial in making significant investments. Known for her straightforwardness, she humorously asserts that she’ll be the first to advise buyers against unsuitable choices. Her real estate expertise is extensive, with a focus on investment strategies like ‘house hacking’, conversions, BRRRs, multi-family units, student rentals, AirBnB, and commercial properties. Residing in Hamilton for 23 years and Thorold in the Niagara Region for 10, her local knowledge spans across both regions and extends to Brantford and Guelph. Beyond her professional life, Kayla is an avid lover of animals, education, and food. She cherishes her three cats, Whiskey, Ginger, and Hank, and has pursued extensive academic achievements, including degrees from McMaster University, Laurentian University, a Masters from Brock University, and a Real Estate Diploma from OREA.
